Amber works as an English as a Second Language teacher in South Korea. She writes: “Since October 2000, I have worked in the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Japan and South Korea and traveled to Cuba, Indonesia, Trinidad, Thailand, Australia, Malaysia and New Zealand.  …My education, especially those classes associated with gender studies, have helped me overcome and understand (yet not except) the various inequalities among men and women.”
