Martha completed a Masters in Public Administration at Queen's University in May 2000.  She then worked for The Government Of Ontario as a Bilingual Policy Advisor at the Human Rights and Disability Access Branch, Ministry of Citizenship, Culture and Recreation.  Since 2001 she has worked as a Policy Analyst, Ministry of Human Resources, Government of Canada, Ottawa.
