Erin did a post graduate degree in Journalism and married Dean Hoyos (a Bishop’s Economics graduate). They moved to the Barbados in the West Indies where Erin worked in advertising before opening a media monitoring company of her own. Since 1998 Erin and Dean have lived in Canada. Erin works in the Marketing Department (Marketing and Public Relations) at Nu Skin Canada (and has a three year old son to keep her busy).  Erin volunteers on the board of directors of DEBRA Canada, a support group for families of children with epidermolysis bullosa – a genetic skin disorder.  Erin writes: “I have many fond memories of my years at Bishops, and the wonderful and fascinating sociology classes.”
