Raegan earned her Law Degree (LL.B) from the University of Windsor and completed her J.D. (LL.B. equivalent) at the University of Detroit.  She articled in London, Ontario, was called to the bar in 1995, and began her career as an Associate at Madorin, Snyder in Kitchener, Ontario. She has also worked for the Economical Mutual Insurance Company and is married to Len Ruby (BU graduate) and they have a daughter (Quinn) and a son (Bennett). Raegan currently works as In House Counsel for Krug, Inc. (a manufacturer of furniture for executive offices). Raegan writes: “I have done a fair amount of volunteer work over the past few years, including work with Big Sisters, the Canadian Cancer Society and the new Waterloo Regional Children's Museum.  I have spent much of my free time over the past few years helping to raise funds for the local Cancer Society.  The event I have helped to organize

(Relay For Life) has raised about $800,000 in Kitchener and Waterloo.”
