Research - Dr. Don Dombowsky
Professor Dombowsky’s research deals primarily with the political thought of Friedrich Nietzsche. He is the author of Nietzsche’s Machiavellian Politics (2004) and co editor of Political Writings of Friedrich Nietzsche: An Edited Anthology (2008). He has also published articles in the Journal of Nietzsche Studies and Nietzsche Studien: Internationales Jahrbuch für die Nietzsche-Forschung as well as in other Canadian and European journals. In April of 2011 he was awarded a SSHRC Research Grant for his work on Nietzsche and Napoleon.
