There are several opportunities for working in Germany:
- In cooperation with the CAUTG (Canadian Association of University Teachers of German), students are given the opportunity to spend a summer working in Germany, mostly in the tourism industry, and practicing the language. Information on the Werkstudentenprogramm is available in the fall, and applications are normally due by the end of October. To apply for or for more information on the Werkstudentenprogramm, go to

Click here to read on our students experience in the Werkstudentenprogramm - In cooperation with the Ministère de l'Éducation du Québec and the Pädagogischer Austauschdienst (PAD), students are afforded the opportunity of spending a year in Germany working as a language assistant for German high school students learning French and/or English.
