(Class of 2005; Major Modern Languages with concentrations in Hispanic Studies and Italian Studies/Minor German Studies)

After my B.A. in languages, I taught Spanish for 5 months in a private high school but soon found out this job wasn’t for me. So I went back to school and completed a certificate in French Writing and Multimedia at the Université de Sherbrooke.

I am now working as a freelance journalist for various communications and advertising firms. When applying for contracts, I clearly have an advantage over my competitors thanks to my knowledge of more than the two official languages.
