(Class of 2002; Major Modern Languages with concentrations in German Studies and English Language Studies/Minor Hispanic Studies)

I have been working for 4 years now as a freelance translator; yes, I am my own boss! I am never more than a few days without a contract. But since my customers are mostly translation firms, I have to collaborate with other translators and proof-readers; this situation allows me to learn constantly. In order to feel more at ease in this job, I’ve started a Certificate in Translation (distance education) with the Collège universitaire de St-Boniface.
