Shannon has been working with the Workman Theatre Project (WTP) off and on since her graduation from Bishop's in 1991. After performing in Worlds Away? and Tripping Through Time she became involved more and more with the running of the theatre and is currently the membership director.

The WTP is a not-for-profit theatre company that works to integrate people who receive mental health services with the professional arts community. The company produces its own work, receives commissions, presents the annual Rendevous with Madness Film Festival, and provides training for its members.

WTP is currently gearing up to tour its new musical, JOY, has a new play by Terry Watada in the works and is organising the first ever international festical on mental health and art. For more information visit the WTP website at www.madnessandarts.com

Shannon lives in Toronto with business analyst (of all things!) Gil Quesnelle and their sweet dog, Millie. She continues to write stories and plays.
