THE WILLIAMS SCHOOL OF BUSINESS 1ST ANNUAL RECOGNITION & AWARDS GALA
The 1st Annual WSB Recognition & Awards Gala took place on February 16th, 2011 in the beautiful Bandeen Hall on the campus of Bishop's University. The event welcomed many esteemed guests such as Principal Goldbloom, Mr. David Williams, senior administration, faculty, staff, alumni, honoured students and friends of the university.
The Bishop's University Co-operative Education Office would like to take this opportunitiy to recognize the honourees from the gala.

Geoffroy Balthazard, a 3rd year Finance and International Business student from Montreal, Qc received the Outstanding Co-op Student Award presented by the Co-operative Education Coordinator, Charlene Marion. The award recognizes a co-op student who has shown tremendous personal growth, maturity, responsibility and initiative and has received superior ratings in their performance. Geoffroy completed his first work term at Business Development Canada in Montreal and is currently completing his second placement in their Brossard and Sherbrooke Offices.

Helene Chretien and Jean Martel from the Human Resources Department of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton (Sherbrooke, Qc) were honoured as the Co-op Employer of Year by the Bishop's University Co-op Office. The recipients were presented their award from 3rd year Human Resources co-op student, Melissa Crook (Sherbrooke, Qc) for their continued support of student learning combined with their openess and willingness to provide guidance and mentoring.
