Work Term Evaluations

As an employer, you are a critical piece of the learning puzzle. Over the course of the work term, you will have monitored your co-op student’s progress and served as a mentor in their understanding of the industry.  As part of the learning process of the co-operative education process, employers are asked to fill in a short performance review of the co-op student. The performance review will serve as constructive feedback for the student in their debrief session with the coordinator in addition to being highly considered in the final marking process.
